At My Smile Dental, we believe that Dental Health is vital but we understand that some of our patients may have different circumstances which is why we offer multiple payment options.

Please note that if you do forget your physical or digital card, we do have a pay on the day policy and payment is expected in full. The team will provide an itemised invoice in order for you to be able to claim directly after their visit from your chosen healthcare provider. 

Private Health Insurance:

We accept all MAJOR health funds including Medibank, HCF, CBHS, NIB, AHM, Bupa, Defense Health, Australian Unity & more!
Using HICAPS, we are able to claim your treatment at the time of your appointment and only  the GAP amount is payable on the day.

My Smile Dental is a preferred provider with the following insurances; Medibank, CBHS, NIB  & HCF.

We accept Cash, Debit Cards, MasterCard, and VISA.

Arrangements can be made for payments via EFT.

SuperCare is an Australian company that helps access Early Release of Super to pay for essential dental treatments. SuperCare streamlines the application process required to access superannuation to pay for dental procedures as are necessary for yourself or your dependents, e.g. your spouse, partner or your child.
SuperCare is not a superannuation fund nor a financial services company. It is a type of funding assistance that allows patients to access their superannuation fund early so they can pay for the dental procedure they require.
